Using sourcetree? Why not clone directly from github? This adds the button to do just so.
Open SourceTree and click on the Terminal icon (this is Git Bash) Type the following command in ls –all /.ssh (this will list any existing ssh keys in C: Users.ssh, this is the default but can be changed when generating the key). Next, generate the key. I use sourcetree with github. It worked fine with github until the recent auth change. Now it doesn't work. Everytime I push or pull I get a login dialog, which I have to manually fill in because my password manager (Lastpass) does not work with the sourcetree dialogs. You will probably say it's a problem with sourcetree. Install and set up Sourcetree Connect your Bitbucket or Github account To add repositories to Sourcetree, log in with your Bitbucket or Github account. You can add multiple accounts to Sourcetree. From Sourcetree, click the Branch button. Depending on whether you have a Git or Mercurial repository, you see a different popup for creating a new branch. From the New Branch or Create a new branch field, enter wish-list for the name of your branch. Click Create Branch or OK. From Sourcetree, click the Show in Finder button. The directory on.

Hi, I'm Ben. I have a degree in computing from Imperial College London, and a physics diploma from the Open University.
I started working for myself at the age of 15, and never looked back. I explored careers as varied as being a commercial pilot, stunt-man, rock climbing instructor, and more. None of these provided a continued challenge, and stable income in the same way technology does.
After building and selling a home computer support business, I became an angel investor and business mentor here in Cambridge UK. I fell in love with teaching game development through one of my investments, and I now spend all of my time sharing my passion with people like you.
I can't wait to help you experience the fulfilment, and financial freedom, that having a deep understanding of technology brings.
