This software site provides the features of the Eclipse Web Tools Platform (WTP).
If you are just getting started with Eclipse or Eclipse Web Tools, you will want to install it from the Galileo software site, as it would have everything you need to get started. This WTP specific site assumes you already have all the prerequisites installed. Even easier, you should install the Java EE IDE from the main Eclipse downloads site.
Beyond the basic executable code, this site offers the SDK version of WTP (source and SDK documents) and the unit tests.
